The Compleat Mars Attacks

In an email, reader Stevearino said, "Thanks for the links to those Flying Saucer Week postings from last year!!! You showed some of the MARS ATTACKS cards (and thanks for doing it!!), but do you have the rest of the cards you can post??"

Hi-ho, Stevearino, I do. Here's the set, including #55, the synopsis.

Okay, maybe the Martians sent that last message, lol.

Nice post, HGE!

I'd hate to think what happened to Earth as it was battered by the pieces of the exploded Mars.

Yeah, we really leveled those guys, huh! Revenge was sweet. No need for diplomacy when you can kick ass like that.

It has been a VERY long time since I have seen ALL MA cards at one time. Soooooooooo cool! STILL GROSS! Imagine the impact on an 8 or 9 year old in 1962 ( I posted all my green plastic Army Men nightly to guard against infiltration!)
My Mom found them cleaning out my closet one day. Made me throw them in the apt building incinerator.
Both complete sets! (sob...)
