At my workplace recently we had our annual review of sexual harassment policies. The boss in the 1934 picture is probably thinking, "So this is how Snerdley and Miss Dipthong spend their coffee break time!" Nowadays he'd be thinking, "This hanky-panky is gonna get me sued!"
