Wayne Howard was a comic book artist, acolyte and assistant to Wallace Wood. He's closely associated with MIDNIGHT TALES, an early-to-mid 1970s mystery title from Charlton, which went 18 issues. Here are the cover and first 8 pages he did for issue number one, written by Nicola Cuti. I've also included Howard's bio from that issue. He died in 2007.
