My husband keeps telling me to go to hell...

I really dig the art here... those giant saucer eyes give everything a weird otherworldly vibe, throws the text even more off kilter than was probably intended.

Somebody noticed! Thanks, Karswell. R. Taylor was a fixture at the New Yorker magazine, and was a very popular cartoonist of his era. Those big eyes were a trademark of his style, and I agree with your remark about making the text seem even more off-kilter.
