He Lived in Oakhurst, NJ. Al passed away in the late 70's. Leaving behind his wife Rhoda, and a son Van, who played the stand-up base. Al would draw tattoos on both my brother and myself. Pin-up girls, sailors, anchors, dragons, fish, whatever we asked for. I wish I had the cartoons he drew for us on paper to hang in our rooms. A great man!Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00444778361015164585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8187252086580715970.post-83508263043633331792010-09-10T05:35:05.201-07:002010-09-10T05:35:05.201-07:00I have a large collection of Kaufman originals, hi...I have a large collection of Kaufman originals, his address listed on them is in Elberon, NJ.Couchhmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08142266306144179238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8187252086580715970.post-72176546549747164942010-06-01T13:35:31.847-07:002010-06-01T13:35:31.847-07:00http://www.artic.edu/aic/collections/artwork/19061...http://www.artic.edu/aic/collections/artwork/190614

The Art Institute of Chicago has Al Kaufman listed as American born in 1917Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14106551748369524080noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8187252086580715970.post-76595511901892580162009-11-28T14:25:16.876-08:002009-11-28T14:25:16.876-08:00I also am trying to find out some information abou...I also am trying to find out some information about Al Kaufman. It is #66 of 150.
I, too, would like to know more about Al Kaufman.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
